The cards are contactless, registered and are issued against a deposit. The deposit is refundable upon return of the lift pass and against the receipt from the purchase of the cash registers. The lift passes allow combined use of the lift facilities in Pamporovo.

Tickets are valid only during the day of their issue. Each passing through the tourniquets, regardless of the direction – going up to the top or going down counts for one-way passing. 3-way ticket and return ticket for 2 lifts combine going up and down on the lifts №1 and №2 in Pamporovo, respectively three and four times, and cannot be used one way to the top only.
All children up to 7 years old use the lifts in Pamporovo free of charge when accompanying by an adult.
